How It Works – Innovative Gripper Rotary System
The machine employs a gripper mechanism that holds each ampoule by the neck, inverts it for complete internal washing, and places it back in an upright position after the cleaning cycle. The washing cycle is executed in a continuous rotary motion, ensuring high throughput and minimal handling risk.
Internally, the ampoules undergo six critical washing operations—three with water (recycled, purified, and WFI) and three with sterile compressed air. Additionally, the outer surface is cleaned with one water spray and one air jet, removing any dust or external residue.
